Fish and Chips
Fish & Chips are a favourite meal for many people so if you are having a party, fund raising or corporate event, arranging a quiz evening or even want something different for a wedding, Sam will freshly cook fish and chips for you.
All the food is freshly cooked outside your venue and delivered through the door fresh and hot in a box with a lid that you can eat from, we also provide you with knives, forks and napkins, salt, vinegar and tomato sauce.
We can offer alternatives of chicken or sausage and have a veggie fritter for vegetarians.
We can offer cod or haddock although this year we have mostly used pollock as it comes from a well managed, sustainable fishery. It tastes great and is skinless and boneless. It is proving to be a great alternative to cod for people who are trying to save cod stocks.
Extras of mushy peas, curry sauce, baked beans and onion rings can also be added if required.
